Calligraphy Yoga is a unique system bringing together the power of Eastern and Western movement approaches. This dynamic practice focuses on three dimensional functional movements not offered by any other system. These movements bring tremendous relief from back, neck and shoulder pain and stiffness. They effectively mobilise the whole body all while developing functional core strength and deep movement awareness.
The whole practice is guided and inspired by breath, triggering relaxation response through easeful breath and movement. Your physiology will change through better blood circulation, better digestion and better oxygen delivery to the brain, muscles, ligaments and internal organs. You will walk out feeling a sense of deep relaxation, clarity in the mind and freedom in the body.
